I binged last night.
I hadn't ate in a while and I had a fever all night.

9/11 PM Intake:

1 five cheese & garlic french bread pizza - 430 calories -_____________-
3/4 a bottle of coke - too much

scale this morning still said 96lbs so I guess that's good.

I'm planning on only eating a cucumber and pear for today wish me luck

didn't have a good night. & its making really not want food. That's what I want right?
I got so shaky at work that I couldn't write properly.

A Decent Day

bleeeeeeeeghhhhhhh!
that's all I can really say about my weekend eating.
I basically never ate until around 4 pm and then binged at like 10 pm practically every damn night!
I haven't checked to see how much I weigh at the moment but I will in a couple hours.

Intake Today :

2 bites of wheat sourdough bread (25)
1/2 chicken salad (115)
light cilantro dressing (35)
1 1/2 liters of water so far!

bringing me to a total of 175 calories for the day!
and i finally found my moutherfuckin diet pill so I will take 1/2 of one when I get home today, weigh myself, and not eat for the rest of the night (:

I ran out of weed yesterday though so it's going to be a rough couple days with my stomach, and sleeping until I get some more.

1 small portion of potato, egg, and onion mix - 100 calories
sprinkle of cheese - 20 calories

1 caeser salad - 150 calories
1 pack of apple slices - 15 calories

1 liter of water

Total for today is - 435 

looks like for the rest of the day i'm drinking water, and only snacking on fruit until 8 pm after that NO MORE FOOD FOR ME! I'm trying to convince myself that I won't eat anything no matter how much I want it, smell it, and feel it. I slacked off and now I get to go back into the hard core regime I used to have.
